Ship Maintenance & Welding
Our welding and maintenance team works on board vessels at Lomé anchorage and at berth: steel repairs, welding operations, surface preparation and painting. Before any job, the affected area is inspected, photographed and marked on a drawing so that the scope is clear for the master and the superintendent.

What we provide
- Welding operations on board
- Steel plate renewal and structural repairs
- Repair of chafed and damaged areas
- Surface preparation: wire brushing, scraping
- Marine paint supply and application
- Welding gas and consumables
- Inspection photos and marked drawings
- Painting tools: brushes, rollers
From inspection to repair
We start with an inspection of the damaged area, take photographs and mark the repair on the vessel's drawing (for example a support plate chafed by the anchor chain). Once the scope is approved, our welders carry out the repair and the area is cleaned and painted.
Painting and surface preparation
We supply marine coatings and the tools needed for touch-ups or larger painting jobs, and carry out the surface preparation before application.
